I really like this item for a number of reasons. I like to have the ability to place my jewelry once I remove it in a place that I know that I will find it once I want to wear it and it's compact enough for you to drop in your purse (if you have an average size purse or larger) or overnight carry-on bag without worrying about your precious items being damaged. I do wish it had a better feature for your necklaces, however, it does have a separate compartment that you can place fine chain necklaces in. Not recommended for bulky or not flexible bracelets and necklaces.

I really wanted to love this product but I am not 100% happy. It looks beautiful and expensive and holds your jewelry perfect... until you travel with it. Every time I arrive at my destination and open this case my jewelry inside is just a pile of chaos. I have to separate earrings from necklaces from rings and it's just not what I wanted in a travel case. There must be a better solution, this kind of defeats the purpose. I just haven't found a better alternative yet.

Bought several of these as little xmas gifts and tucked in a pair of earrings. Recipients really liked them. I kept one for myself and find the compartments have just enough room to take along a few pairs of earrings, necklace and bracelet for short trips. It takes up less room in my carry on bag than my larger jewelry (roll) or I can slip the cute leather-looking box into my handbag.

Got this as a gift for my sister but too wonderful not to get one for myself for travel - so now I have one too. The last time my jewelry was a disaster, but no more! Now the things I pack will stay organized. This is so beautifully packaged for a gift - you could be proud to give. But if you are like me you will have to own one yourself.
